This thermometer is designed specifically for frothing milk and features a 'frothing temperature' zone marked clearly in red on the dial to indicate the optimum temperature for frothed milk - eliminating the guesswork!

Clips directly onto your milk jug to eliminate the guesswork.

The stainless steel frothing thermometer measures temperatures from -10C to 100C and the scale is marked in both centigrade and fahrenheit. The optimum frothing temperature should be 65-70 C

The stem of the thermometer is approx 13cm (5 inch) in length - ideal for most frothing jugs.
