• Always use freshly drawn cold water and bring to the boil
• Pre-warm the Cafetière with a splash of hot (not boiling) water
• Add your required amount of cafetière ground coffee
• Using off-the-boil water, fill the cafetière
• Insert filter plunger, wait 3-4 minutes then press down slowly
