An excellent blend of South American Arabica coffee beans enhanced by a touch of carefully selected African Robusta coffee beans. These are slowly decaffeinated using the Water Based decaffeination process,which involves washing the green beans in water,patented by the German coffee merchant Ludvig Raselius in1906.

After a slow and sustained roast a fantastic medium roast coffee is revealed with a soft richness and delicate aroma.
