Schirmer Il Vero Espresso Beans is a typical Italian espresso coffee.... full-bodied and intense with a fabulous lingering after taste. It is blended using only premium quality highland South American Arabicas from Colombia and Brazil and a small proportion of quality sweet African Robusta beans - creating a traditionally strong but subtle espresso with an excellent crema....just how the Italians love their coffee !

Schirmer Kaffee is one of Germany's oldest and most famous coffee roasters now based in Dortmund. Schirmer expertly roast their coffee beans in a "sparing hot air process" - for up to 15 minutes, at temperatures up to 200C producing a perfect roast and delicious coffee every time.

Schirmer Kaffee began in Leipzig, Germany in 1854 - nobody would have imagined that some 150 years later it would be one of Germany's most modern and efficient large-scale coffee roasters.
