Schirmer Il Vero Espresso Beans 80/20 - Blended using high quality highland arabica beans and a small proportion of quality Robusta beans - giving a hint of the typical strong espresso flavour and excellent crema.

Expertly roasted in a "sparing hot air process" - for up to 15 minutes, at temperatures up to 200C producing a perfect roast and delicious coffee every time.

Schirmer Kaffee began in Leipzig, Germany in 1854 - nobody would have imagined that some 150 years later it would be one of Germany's most modern and efficient large-scale coffee roasters.
