Delivery Terms & Conditions

Please note, any instructions for the delivery driver must be left in the box provided during checkout, thank you. 
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer on the completed purchase form.
Any issues with your delivery must be reported within 10 working days.

If you have not received your order within 3 working days, or your goods were damaged in transit, please contact our team on 01555 773980 quoting your purchase order number, and date of purchase so that we may correct the problem as soon as possible. The 'two-day' or '48 hours' delivery is not a guarantee instead it is the standard timescale for most deliveries. Please note: Hermes deliveries are fully trackable via your email. 

If you have not received your parcel within 48 working hours of ordering, or your goods were damaged in transit, please contact our team on 01555 773980 quoting your purchase order number, and date of purchase so that we may correct the problem as soon as possible. If you provide a mobile number you will receive an estimated one-hour delivery slot for your delivery by SMS text message.
