Delivery Terms & Conditions

Please note, any instructions for the delivery driver must be left in the box provided during checkout, thank you. 
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer on the completed purchase form.
Any issues with your delivery must be reported within 7 working days. 

If you have not received your order within 7 working days, or your goods were damaged in transit, please contact our team on 0330 4411 122 quoting your purchase order number, and date of purchase so that we may correct the problem as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time is not a guarantee instead it is the standard timescale for most deliveries. On rare occasions it can take a little bit longer. If we have to contact our couriers to assist with any issues please allow 48 hours for this process to be completed. All our delivery timescales are 'working days'. Please note: deliveries are fully trackable via your email. 

If you have not received your parcel within 3 working days of ordering, or your goods were damaged in transit, please contact our team on 0330 4411 122 quoting your purchase order number, and date of purchase so that we may correct the problem as soon as possible. All our delivery timescales are 'working days'.  If you provide a mobile number you will receive an estimated one-hour delivery slot for your delivery by SMS text message.

We offer free Standard shipping on Orders over £60.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Whenever the client schedules the subscription.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard shipping is not valid on international orders.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.

To ensure same-day dispatch, order must be placed by 4pm GMT.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

The estimated delivery days are not guaranteed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
