Dear customers,

As you will be aware the extreme weather we faced yesterday has continued into today. Some of our staff have been unable to make it into work this morning meaning we are running on a smaller team than usual. We are still processing orders answering calls and dealing with enquires. However, for a second day running DPD ( our parcel partner) has decided to cancel all Scottish pickups today. We have our fingers crossed that we will be able to dispatch tomorrow but we have had no further news as of yet. We apologise for the continued delay, however, please do expect any orders placed either yesterday or today to be delayed until Monday in which DPD have told us they will next collect. Also further to DPD, Royal Mail are also not collecting our parcels for those who have picked our super saver delivery to expect delays on deliveries for those items too.
