Payment Information

There has been no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system. All credit card details are processed using the Shopify, Stripe & PayPal secure transaction system. All sensitive details such as card numbers are not stored on any computer. This data is fully encrypted and is secured by one of the worlds largest payment gateway companies (paypal or Stripe Payments ) We never have access or save / write down any credit or debit card details, all this information is disposed of following standard security procedure.

This website is fully integrated with a few of the leading secure payment systems (Paypal, Stripe & Shopify Pay) Sensitive information is only requested on pages that are located on the Shopify Pay & PayPal secure servers and this information cannot be accessed or viewed by anyone else including ourselves or any third parties.

Customer Information

Your privacy and trust is important to us and we will treat any details you provide us with respect. We ensure any sensitive details are never written down and never stored on our computers. All sensitive information which is required and you have been notified is held by secure servers encrypted and controlled by Shopify. We are always transparent with your information, we will never store any information out with you being informed of this.  We never share any of your information with third parties.  

Delivery Information

Working with our delivery partners Hermes and DPD, tracking information for our customers is very important. Although we do not share any sensitive information with these delivery partners we do share the necessary requirements such as delivery address and name. Both Hermes and DPD tracking require either an email or mobile number to allow shipping updates. This information is only entered if our customers let us share this with them. Both of our courier partners will only contact you for updates and information on your delivery and they will never use this information to contact you again after delivery or pass your information onto third parties. 

Feefo Reviews

We use Feefo to collect valued customer feedback. This is part of our service which we provide. Once you have submitted your feedback Feefo will not contact you again unless you have opted in. Email Subscriber Information 

Email campaigns will only ever be sent to email address subscribed to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe anytime at the bottom of every email we send out. We will never share this information with any third parties.

Text Marketing

We are using a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By opting-in for our text marketing and notifications in, you agree to these terms and conditions.
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initialising a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase. Your phone number, name and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc, an European Union company with office at Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This data will be used for sending you targeted marketing messages and notifications. Upon sending the text messages, your phone number will be passed to a text messages operator to fulfill their delivery.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you with in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. Re-Marketing

When you visit our site we have tracking code to re-market products or our website to you. We may show you products that you have viewed on our website on different websites via a third-party that are in the Google Ads network. No personal information is ever collected or disclosed and this just works from tracking cookies or device identifiers. Visitors can opt out of Google's use of cookies or device identifiers by visiting Google's Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of third-party vendor's use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page or control the use of device identifiers by using your device’s settings.
