We do not have access to, nor do we store or write down, any credit or debit card details. All information is disposed of according to standard security procedures.

This website is fully integrated with leading secure payment systems (PayPal, Stripe, and Shopify Pay). Sensitive information is only requested on pages located on Shopify Pay and PayPal secure servers, and this information cannot be accessed or viewed by anyone else, including us or any third parties.

Customer Information

Your privacy and trust are important to us. We treat any details you provide with respect and ensure that any sensitive details are never written down and never stored on our computers. All sensitive information required is securely held by encrypted servers controlled by Shopify. We are transparent with your information, and we will never store any information without informing you. We do not share any of your information with third parties.

 

Delivery Information

Working with our delivery partners, Hermes and DPD, tracking information for our customers is essential. While we do not share sensitive information with these delivery partners, we do share necessary details such as delivery address and name. Both Hermes and DPD require either an email or mobile number for shipping updates. This information is only entered if you permit us to share it with them. Our courier partners will only contact you for updates and information on your delivery. They will never use this information to contact you again after delivery or pass your information onto third parties.

 

Feefo Reviews

We use Feefo to collect valued customer feedback as part of our service. Once you submit your feedback, Feefo will not contact you again unless you have opted in. Email Subscriber Information

Email campaigns will only be sent to email addresses subscribed to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email we send out. We will never share this information with any third parties.

 

Text Marketing

We use a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By opting in for our text marketing and notifications, you agree to these terms. By entering your phone number at checkout, subscribing via our subscription form, or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (including order updates and abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Consent is not a condition for any purchase. Your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform, SMSBump Inc., an EU company based in Sofia, Bulgaria. This data will be used for sending targeted marketing messages and notifications. Your phone number will be passed to a text message operator to fulfill delivery.

To unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link provided in our messages. Alternative methods of opting out, such as using different words or requests, will not be considered reasonable means of opting out. Message and data rates may apply.

Re-Marketing

When you visit our site, we use tracking codes to re-market our products to you. We may show you products you’ve viewed on our website on other websites via third parties in the Google Ads network.
