What is Decaf Coffee?

Decaf coffee is coffee that has been through a process of decaffeination to remove caffeine from the coffee. The removal of caffeine from the coffee begins before the green coffee beans have been roasted and result in removing between 90 and 95% of the caffeine. There are typically 3 different methods for extracting caffeine from coffee beans.
