Placing an order:

placing an order could not be easier! Just browse our website or use the search function until you find what you want and click the 'Buy Now' button. A running total will appear of what you have ordered in your basket. You can continue to add or remove items at any time. After you have finished your selection, click on the basket then click "Checkout". You will be asked to fill in some details (name, delivery address etc...) You can change the contents of your basket or cancel your order at any time - as your request is not confirmed until you enter payment details.

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation, confirming you have placed your order with us.

Payment:

We accept payment by most major credit, debit cards, Pay Pal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. These are processed online using Shopify pay & PayPal secure payment service. Prices are shown in  British Pounds Sterling.  As part of our commitment to the security of our customers we may contact you to request further validation of your details, this helps to prevent fraud.

If you do not want to place an online order you can contact us and place an order over the phone. No sensitive information (e.g card numbers) are held by our team at any time after the payment has been accepted. 

VAT/TAX Charges:

Where necessary purchase taxes are included in the price at the current standard rate of 20% and are visible on all product pages and in the checkout. 

Security:

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card details are processed using  Shopify pay & PayPal secure transaction system. Credit Card details are not stored on any computers. 

This website is fully integrated with Shopify Pay & PayPal, one of the leading secure payment systems. Sensitive information is only requested on pages that are located on the Shopify Pay & PayPal secure servers and this information cannot be accessed or viewed by anyone else.

Your Privacy:

Your privacy and trust is important to us and we will treat any details you provide us with the upmost respect. We do not participate in unsolicited mailing (and avoid working with those who do), and will never pass your contact information to any third party organisation.
