Delivery Terms & Conditions
If you have not received your order within 2 working days, or your goods were damaged in transit, please contact our team on 01555 773980 quoting your purchase order number, and date of purchase so that we may correct the problem as soon as possible. Please note: Hermes deliveries are fully trackable via your email.

If you provide a mobile number you will receive an estimated one-hour delivery slot for your delivery by SMS text message.
Please note, any instructions for the delivery driver must be left in the box provided during checkout, thank you.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer on the completed purchase form.
Any issues with your delivery must be reported within 10 working days.

Wholesale Contact us
We now provide a section for our wholesale customers who wish a custom quote for their business.
Please read the returns policy in its entirety before contacting us to return any of your purchases. This will allow us to deal with your return quickly and efficiently.
Refunds for validated returns will be credited to your credit/debit card within 7 working days of receipt of the returned items. Please note that delivery charges cannot be refunded.
To return any items, please phone us on 01555 773980 or 0845 225 5000 or e-mail us at email@example.com quoting your original order number. However you may only return goods which where notified for return within 7 days of reciving the goods. If return is possible then return the items by an agreed method of delivery. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund the total cost of the goods subject to their being received in their original condition and packaging.
Items Not Required
We endeavour to provide as much information within our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 7 days of receipt as long as the product is in original, re-saleable condition? Universal Coffee Limited will not cover return postage costs. Items must be returned to us by Recorded Delivery or equivalent service. We advise that you obtain a proof of posting certificate available free at any post office. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of no more than £10.00.
Incorrectly Supplied Items
At Discount Coffee we pride ourselves in delivering the goods you want however if we supply the incorrect goods by mistake then you may contact us about returning the goods. If you receive damaged or defective goods (which you can prove) from us we will offer you a prompt replacement, refund or alternative item to the same value. Please contact us within 7 days quoting your original order number, and we will arrange for the uplift and delivery of goods.
If you receive damaged or defective goods from us please contact us within 7 days quoting your original order number, and we will arrange for the uplift and inspection of goods. Should we, upon receipt of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods. Universal Coffee Ltd will cover re-postage costs for defective or damaged goods.
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
We advise you return goods using special/recorded delivery or equivalent service. You can obtain a proof of posting certificate free at any post office. If you do not wish to post the item yourself, courier uplift can be arranged by Universal Coffee Limited at a cost of £10.00.
All though it is rare it can happen from time to time. If your goods were dispatched from our warehouse and you have not received your goods within 1 working week (excluding royal mail as they may take longer) then call our team on 01555 773980 quoting your order number and date of order. At this point, we may be able to arrange your goods are re-sent at no extra cost. Universal Coffee Limited will not be held responsible for any uninsured items lost in transit.
