Tempo Community CIC is a community-driven organisation based in Rutherglen, committed to creating inclusive spaces that prioritise health, wellbeing, and connection. We partner with Tempo to deliver a range of impactful initiatives, including physical fitness sessions, mental health support workshops, and community events tailored for both adults and young people.
Our shared goal is to reduce isolation and promote holistic wellbeing through activities that foster collaboration, empowerment, and personal growth. As we continue to support their mission, we also help expand opportunities for people to take ownership of their health and become active participants in their communities.

The Discount Coffee University Programme is our flagship educational initiative, designed to support students and recent graduates as they step into the professional world. This is more than an internship — it's an immersive programme that blends real business exposure with one-on-one mentorship and skill development.
Participants take on meaningful responsibilities across departments like operations, administration, customer service, and marketing. We tailor each journey based on personal goals and learning styles, ensuring that every individual gains relevant experience that aligns with their future aspirations. Our goal is to help young people build confidence and leave equipped with practical tools for success.
As part of our sustainability efforts, we’ve teamed up with Carbon Checkout — a tool that allows our customers to contribute towards climate-positive projects directly from our checkout page. One of the core initiatives we support is the REDD+ Matavén Project, which safeguards over 1.1 million hectares of biodiverse tropical forest in Colombia.
This protected forest lies in the heart of the Coffee Belt and is home to over 22,000 Indigenous people. The project focuses on halting deforestation, preserving wildlife, protecting clean water sources, and supporting traditional ways of life. In doing so, it directly supports the future of global coffee cultivation and creates a healthier planet for future generations.
