International customers, including those within the EU, are responsible for all import duties and charges that your country may add to the parcels' arrival. Failure to pay import duties will result in the parcel being returned. Any refunds on international deliveries can only be processed once the parcel has been returned to us. We cannot refund the delivery charge on international deliveries once the order has been sent.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Please note, any instructions for the delivery driver must be left in the box provided during checkout, thank you. 
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer on the completed purchase form.
Any issues with your delivery must be reported as soon as possible. 

If you have not received your order within 7 working days, or your goods were damaged in transit, please contact our team on 0330 44 111 22 quoting your purchase order number, and date of purchase so that we may correct the problem as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time is not a guarantee; instead, it is the standard timescale for most deliveries. On rare occasions, it can take longer. If we have to contact our couriers to assist with any issues please allow 48 hours for this process to be completed. All our delivery timescales are 'working days'. Please note: deliveries are fully trackable via your email. You have 30 days from ordering to report any delivery issues

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Whenever the client schedules the subscription.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard shipping is not valid on international orders.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.

To ensure same-day dispatch, order must be placed by 4pm GMT.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

The estimated delivery days are not guaranteed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
